Inventor mexicano obtiene patente en Chile en menos de un año
Sergio Grijalva, creador de Freshdy ™, una bolsa microperforada multicapa flexible que permite que frutas y verduras frescas permanezcan hidratadas durante más tiempo, es el primer inventor en obtener una patente en Chile en menos de un año. Su solicitud (presentada por Alessandri el 3 de marzo de 2016) fue la que inauguró en Chile el Programa Piloto de Procedimiento Acelerado de Patentes (PPH, por sus siglas en inglés), el 15 de diciembre de 2016.

Mexican inventor gets patent in Chile in less than a year
Sergio Grijalva, inventor of Freshdy ™, a flexible multilayer microperforated bag that allows fresh fruits and vegetables to stay hydrated for longer, became the first inventor to obtain a patent in Chile in less than a year under the PPH Programme. His application (submitted by Alessandri on March 3, 2016) was the one that inaugurated the Accelerated Patent Procedure Pilot Program (PPH) in Chile on December 15, 2016.

Indecopi de Perú otorga por primera vez patente vía PPH a invención chilena
El 28 de marzo de 2017 la Oficina de Patentes de Perú (Indecopi) emitió la resolución concediendo la patente de invención a Comercial TCPavements, primer solicitante en requerir ante dicho país, con fecha 29 de diciembre de 2016, una examinación acelerada de su patente, en el marco de este programa piloto de PPH.

On March 28, 2017, the Peruvian Patent Office (Indecopi) issued the resolution granting the patent for invention to Comercial TCPavements, the first applicant to apply to that country, on December 29, 2016, for an expedited examination of its patent, within the framework of this PPH pilot program.
