Por cuarto año consecutivo, la Revista Qué Pasa e Idealis presentan Leading Lawyers: el primer y único ranking de abogados de Chile, en el que los propios abogados reconocen la excelencia de sus pares. Los resultados responden a la opinión de más de dos mil profesionales, para votar por sus pares más influyentes en 10 categorías. Loreto Bresky, socia de Alessandri, fue la abogada que obtuvo más votos en la categoría Marcas de este año 2016.

Para los abogados el prestigio es clave, pero muchas veces es difícil de medir. La mayoría de los rankings existentes no son locales y consideran la opinión de los clientes y no de los pares. Muchos expertos en sus respectivas áreas tienen menos posibilidades de ser reconocidos en comparación con aquellos que tienen una mayor exposición. Los candidatos son escogidos por un selecto grupo de abogados y luego participan todos los abogados que estén habilitados para ejercer la profesión en Chile, a través de una plataforma digital. La votación se realizó durante noviembre de 2016.

Alessandri es número uno en Propiedad Intelectual

For the fourth consecutive year, Qué Pasa Magazine and Idealis present Leading Lawyers, the first and only ranking of lawyers in Chile, in which attorneys themselves acknowledge the excellence of their peers. The results stem from the opinion of more than two thousand professionals, who voted for their most influential peers in 10 categories. Loreto Bresky, partner at Alessandri, was the attorney that obtained the most votes in the Trademarks category for the year 2016.

Prestige is key for lawyers, but can be hard to measure. Most existing rankings are not local and consider the opinion of clients and not peers. Many experts in their respective fields have less possibilities of being acknowledged in comparison to those who have a greater exposure. Candidates are chosen by a select group of lawyers, with the subsequent participation of all attorneys qualified to practice law in Chile, through a digital platform. The voting took place during November of year 2016.
