His innovative approach is based on years of hands-on work in the field (working in-house for a leading provider of engineering and construction services in Latin America), and on his vast experience in construction claims and disputes.

Juan Pablo acts in a wide range of sectors in Chile and in the region, including general construction, industrial, mining, energy and infrastructure.

He is experienced in the formation of joint ventures and the negotiation of both public and private contracts for process plants, ports and marine works, tunnels and underground works, power plants (coal, wind and solar), electrical substations, bridges, airports, stadiums, hotels, commercial and residential buildings, among others.
