June 2013 – December 2016 : Head of Legal and Compliance, Sky Airline S.A.

Leader of the Legal and Compliance division of the second largest airline in Chile with national and international operations.
Plan and carry out the implementation of legal, compliance and regulatory solutions to problems that arise in the business.
Negotiate, report and approve the agreements and contracts of the company at the local and international level.
Manage the relations with stakeholders, authorities and associations.
Serve as the general counsel and secretary of the board of directors and participate in the Finance and Compliance Committee.
Responsible for the investigations, procedures and policies in accordance with the Compliance, Competition and Ethics Program approved by the
Board of Directors.
Direct a team of four in‐house lawyers, two auditors, one paralegal and one assistant, which coordinates the external legal offices in Chile and abroad and reports directly to the CEO.
