Alessandri, leading intellectual property firm in Chile, ranked in the highest places in the most reputed international rankings, had a very active 2015 year when it comes to the fight against counterfeiting.

Some of our achievements in the field have been the more than 500,000 counterfeit products seized secured by the Firm during the year, in addition to training and education sessions with Customs, Police and local authorities; registration of famous brands within Customs along with assisting our customers in many cases concerning the defense of their intellectual property rights.

It is for this reason that Alessandri has revised its fees and has adapted them according to the increasing demand for these services, for the our clients’ convenience.

We encourage our clients to use our services relating to trademark registrations in Customs; training sessions to authorities within the national territory as well as the criminal and civil actions that may be required in case of IP infringement.
