Summary

Felipe Schuster  has specialized in the Intellectual Property Area, particularly in matters relating to trademarks and copyright.

He is the author of the thesis entitled “Accumulated protection of protected objects in the field of Intellectual Property ” (2005).

He is an Assistant professor of Universidad de Chile Business Law Department, and teaches Intellectual Property in pre under- and graduate courses.

Felipe Schuster is a member of the Inter-American Copyright Law Institute (IIDA), the Chilean Bar Association, the Chilean Intellectual Property Association (ACHIPI) and the Network of Young Leaders selected by El Mercurio and Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez.

Academic activity

During 2003 and 2004, he studied at Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, where he was awarded a Master’s in Intellectual Property, after being granted a scholarship from Fundación Arte y Derecho de España.

Felipe teaches in the Intellectual Property Diplomas of the Law Schools  of the University of Chile and the Catholic University of Chile.

He is a Professor of the Master in Cultural Management at the Faculty of Arts at University of Chile.

He also teaches in the Diploma of Executive Visual Production in the  Communications Faculty at Catholic University of Chile.
